Upgrading Home Bathroom Window Treatments

However, we now see bathrooms as an opportunity to not only express your sense of design, but also create a relaxing experience for you and your guests. In fact, if you have ever been to a luxurious hotel where the bathroom instantly put you at ease as you got ready for bed or got ready for the rest of the day, it is most likely because they put time and effort into the design of the space. This could be little things and large things that are all tied together to create one gorgeous oasis. If you are ready to upgrade your home’s bathrooms, be that your primary bathroom or your guest bathroom, we are here to give you our favorite tips when it comes to upgrading home bathrooms.
Proper Window Treatments
One of the easiest ways to upgrade home bathrooms is to give your window treatments a little sprucing up. For example, your blinds might be looking a little drab after years of putting up with the humidity of the bathroom. Likewise, you might find that your wooden window treatments might be warping to the intense heat, moisture, or even sunlight the stream through your bathroom. Soft Touches
If your bathroom features a lot of hard treatments (think: porcelain tubs and granite vanities or white tile), you might need a little softening up to counter these harder elements. Adding fluffy towels to your towel rack and an addition towel holder in an available corner is an excellent way to achieve this. Adding a robe to the back of the door will suffice as well, and impress guests! You can also add Design Studio® Drapes or curtains in soft colors throughout the bathroom to counter too much white.
